Selen II units were designed to improve comfort in ventilation. The heat recovery units are made of the highest quality components, ensuring a very high level of filtration and heat recovery. The unit's interior features G4 (EU4) filters with high-filtration silver nanoparticles and two cross-counterflow heat exchangers.
Two cross-counterflow exchangers
The Selen II is a heat recovery unit equipped with two high-efficiency cross-flow heat exchangers. The exchanger's construction prevents heat transfer between the heat flows without mixing. Thanks to the very large combined surface area of the plates, heat recovery efficiency reaches up to 95%. The flow of the heat flows is controlled by an advanced controller, enabling smooth fan speed adjustment and weekly programming.
Controller
The Selen II ventilation unit is equipped with a technologically advanced, touch-sensitive ecoVENT controller. Controllers in this series:
• enable programming of schedules or manual control of the operation of fans and exchangers, ensuring high efficiency of heat recovery
• control heaters and coolers
• control the bypass
• signal the need to replace filters
• signal and record alarm states, ensuring appropriate system response
• they record the total operating time of individual components and calculate the efficiency of the recuperator
• enable communication via the Modbus RTU protocol, thanks to which the operation of the entire device can be controlled or monitored from an external building management system
• they cooperate with the ecoNET300 internet module and the ecoNET.app mobile application, so we can control the control unit using a smartphone, tablet or computer from anywhere in the world
• offer a wide range of configurations and adaptation of the controller's operating principles to the individual needs of the user
Efficiency
The Selen II ventilation unit provides performance designed for the ventilation of buildings or rooms with an area of approximately 190 m2 to even 300 m2.
Convenience
The Selen II ventilation unit is available in two variants: as a horizontal unit and as a suspended version, so everyone can choose the solution that best suits their individual needs.
EC DC motors
The SELEN II ventilation unit uses EC DC motors, which are very quiet and extremely efficient even at low speeds, resulting in low energy consumption. Their undoubted advantage is easy speed regulation within an efficiency range of 0-100%, as they do not require starting current like an AC motor. EC DC motors offer excellent efficiency throughout the entire motor operating range and offer a long service life.
